Chicken Tikka Masala

Directions

  1. Marinate chicken in yogurt and tikka masala paste for at least 1 hour.
  2. Cook chopped onion, garlic, and ginger in a pan until soft.
  3. Add marinated chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in canned tomatoes and simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with rice or naan.

  • 200g yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons tikka masala paste
  • 400g canned tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon ginger
  • Fresh coriander
  • Salt
